Full Delivery Service drop-off to specific room in Venue. The Client or representative MUST be present at the time of drop off and pick to acknowledge the goods are delivered in great condition and will return in that condition.  The customer MUST be present during delivery, and pickup. By signing, I agree that I have read the rental & delivery agreement. Please be mindful of your delivery/pickup windows. We will contact you via text or call approximately 30 mins before arrival. Our contract requires that a responsible person be available during the windows to sign off the delivery. Indoor delivery to specific room inside venue. The customer is responsible for the requirements of the dimensions that are accurate for elevator use for the deliveries. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE SETUP OR BREAKDOWN. The customer is responsible for setting up and breaking down the rental items. The customer acknowledges that delivered goods are in great condition and will return in the same packaging condition. Our drivers will contact you, via text or call, approximately 15 to 30 mins before delivery or pickup. Our contract requires that a responsible person be available during the windows to sign for the items. Our drivers will not drop off the items without someone being there. Our drivers will not wait more than 10 mins before leaving your location for the next customer. At a customer fail the window of the delivery or return the customer will be responsible to pick up or return the rental items in our warehouse went they have been returned by the logistic staff and that can take between 6 to 8 hours window time. You will either have to come to our warehouse during business hours to retrieve the items yourself or pay for another delivery attempt to your address if staff are available.
