Services include:

  • 0.5 hours - Initial Consultation
  • 4.5 hours co-planning with the bride and groom (Transfer of Duties)
  • 35 hours of planning and coordinating the pre-event preparations
  • One month prior to the event, the planner meets will vendors, reviews contracts to ensure all details are in order:
    • Site Visit and Walk-through
    • Wedding or Event Rehearsal (if applicable)
    • Vendor Management
    • Program Design & Management
    • Guest Management
    • Wedding/ Bridal Party Management
    • Talent Management
    • Event supplies and equipment management
    • Co-design of seating chart and guest list
    • Co-management of vendor and bridal party directory

 

  • And 8 hours supervising, executing, and managing the event. We make sure the timeline of activities is respected and all vendors deliver on time For larger parties, call for pricing. 
  • Additional expenses (gas and mileage may be added depending on location proximity)

 

Important to note: Deposit required is 50%. The total cost of this offer is $1,620, which can be paid in one lumpsum or in multiple payment bi-weekly. A invoice will be sent every two weeks until the project is complete.
